Refunds:

    • The item received is significantly different from the description or specifications provided. Such as but not limited to incorrect name spelling or wrong technique used on a custom item. Please be aware that certain techniques used in crafting our items may result in variations in the final product. These differences are inherent to the handmade process and contribute to the individuality and character of each item. As such, please understand that variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects eligible for refunds or returns.

    • The item arrives damaged or defective beyond repair.

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require you to provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and will be issued via the original payment method.

 

Returns:

  • Returns for both handmade items and outsourced products may be considered within our return window.

  • If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 3 days of receipt.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for both handmade items and outsourced products may be possible in certain cases, such as size or color discrepancies.

  • If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for both the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
